In 2014, Kriska Holdings Ltd. joined with the Mullen Group (TSX: MTL) to create the Kriska Transportation Group (KTG) by combining Kriska and Mill Creek Motor Freight LP. In its second year, KTG acquired JMF Transport Ltee. and Transpro Freight Systems In 2017 Service Freight Systems Inc. was acquired. KTG grew by four companies in 2019, adding Icon Transportation Logistics Ltd., Champion Express Ltd, and Trailwood Transport Ltd. In 2021 we were joined by Ready to Load Logistics Inc., Round the Lakes Motor Express Inc., and Transport N Service Inc. Liberty Linehaul and Liberty Linehaul West were acquired in March 2023.
